Keto Bread – Why It's The Only Bread You Can Eat When Following a Weight Loss Program

Are you currently following a weight loss program like ketogenic diet? Or perhaps have you been told to remove bread from your daily diet since it is very high in carbohydrates? Could you really stop yourself from eating bread?

Definitely not. A lot of people feel incomplete or can’t even live without bread in their diet. If you’re a bread lover, it can be really impossible not to indulge in your favorite bread even while you’re on a weight loss program. As a result, you end up feeling guilty from eating bread or frustrated from depriving yourself of your favorite bread.

With this, ketogenic diet specialists have recently discovered the keto bread – the only bread you can eat when you need to stop eating the normal bread. How come?

What is Keto Bread?

It is a special bread that is low in carbohydrates but has pure fat and protein. While it can be a little different from the normal bread you eat, it’s a perfect replacement since taste and texture are relatively alike. You can even try it with butter just like your regular bread or perhaps make your favorite burger out of it.

Keto bread can be available in some special bakeries. You may also find one on the Internet. Special bread shops may even provide different recipes for this bread online. This way you make your own at home. The ingredients can be bought in your local health grocery stores and the procedures are actually simple and easy.

How to Make Your Own Keto Bread

First, you will need 3 ingredients – 6 pastured eggs (separated), 1/2 cup grass-fed Bulletproof Collagen Protein, and grass-fed butter for greasing the pan.

Second, preheat oven to 325 degrees. And grease the loaf pan. Use ceramic pan if possible.

Third, beat egg whites until the peaks are very stiff, really, really stiff before adding the whey and egg yolks.
When adding the yolks and protein, make sure you blend them gently until fully incorporated and the batter are fluffy. Then pour it into the prepared pan.

Finally, bake for 40 minutes.

There many meal inspirations using keto bread that you can find. The most popular one is making egg sandwiches and French toast. You can also create your own keto bread bowl. You can also pair this bread with steak, cheese, peppers and onions if you want something heavier than just sandwiches or toasts.
